Your twenties are a journey you should embark on your own. Where your teenage years were for fostering bonds with your peers and gaining acceptance from the crowd, your twenties are truly where you explore your own identity.
One of the greatest lessons I have learned so far on this journey is to do things for myself and to not wait for others to proceed. Companions are great and are always welcome, but if someone cannot accompany you, still go ahead. You learn so much more by embarking on your own.
Your twenties are a time when you should do anything and everything that makes you happy. Take a chance. Do it for you, and not for the ‘gram. Forget the stigma. If you feel it, simply do it. If you fail, oh well, there is a lesson learned.
Your twenties are a gift. You should do it all for you.
